We fundamentally believe, that especially in the early days, pure monetary support doesn’t have a great impact on a startups’ success. Hence we live the approach of Applied VC, adding real value to the capital provided. With our operational team, we support startups in HR, controlling and accounting matters, while the founders keep full control over their business. For us it is important to be a sparring partner and mentor when it comes to product and growth and to not actively engage in a company’s management. We want to ensure, that the founders remain in the driving seat.
