The fixed-price pilot.

One defined process, one agent team for it, connected to your real systems. In two to four weeks, at a fixed price, with a demo on the running system instead of slides.

01

What the pilot includes.

The pilot is not a workshop and not a study. At the end, an agent team runs on your process with your data, and you see the benefit before committing long term.

  • Concept: define the process, clarify data sources and responsibilities, set success criteria.
  • Building the agent team: a coordinator and specialists for exactly this process, with your operational knowledge as the rule set.
  • Connection to your systems via interfaces or exports, usually read-only.
  • Access levels per system and agent, credentials in a password vault, logging of all actions.
  • Briefing your contact person and hand-over: what the team does, how it is corrected, where the limits are.
  • Demo on the running system and a written wrap-up with a recommendation for operation.

02

How the pilot runs.

The clock starts once the process is defined and access is in place. For processes with a good data situation two weeks are realistic; with several systems, more like four.

Step 01

Define the process

Together with your contact person: what exactly should the team take on, and how do we know it works?

Step 02

Access and knowledge

Read access to the relevant systems, plus the rules and special cases from your experts‘ heads.

Step 03

Build and connect

The team is built in our environment or your infrastructure, connected to your real data. First results after a few days.

Step 04

Demo and hand-over

The running system, the first findings, the open points. Then you decide about operation.

03

Your effort.

One contact person who knows the process and has time for questions, and data access. We do the rest. Over the two to four weeks, expect a few hours on your side, spread across alignment, access and reviewing the first results.

04

What is not included.

  • Changes to your business systems. The team reads and proposes; nothing is rebuilt.
  • Processes without an owner on your side. Without a contact person there is nobody to correct and approve.
  • Processes that still change weekly or whose data lives only in people’s heads. We clarify this before, not after.
  • Ongoing operation. That follows as a support agreement once the pilot has convinced you.

05

After the pilot.

If the pilot convinces you, the team goes into operation: we monitor, maintain and extend it as a managed service. If it does not, you keep the findings and the documentation. Both are clean outcomes.

Frequently asked

The fixed-price pilot: frequently asked.

What does the pilot cost?

A fixed price you know before the start. The amount depends on the process and the number of systems to connect, and is stated in the offer after the free first conversation.

Can we start with a small process?

Yes, that is actually the norm. A clearly defined, recurring process with existing data is the best entry point. Further processes are added during operation.

Who owns the result?

The rule set with your operational knowledge and the documentation belong to you. The platform the team runs on is operated by us, on request in your infrastructure.

In a first conversation we look at your processes together and sketch out where an agent team would make the biggest difference. Free of charge and without obligation.
